Steinway Lyngdorf, Nexgentec, and Eleusis Present The Art of Integration Lounge at the 2026 Superyacht Technology Show

Steinway Lyngdorf at Superyacht Technology show

At the 2026 Superyacht Technology Show, three leaders in high-performance technology—Steinway Lyngdorf, nexgentec, and Eleusis Digital Canvas—will jointly present The Art of Integration Lounge, a refined, design-led environment exploring how sound, digital infrastructure, and innovative display technologies can coexist seamlessly aboard today’s most advanced superyachts.

Conceived as a collaborative space rather than a traditional exhibition stand, The Art of Integration Lounge reflects a shared philosophy: technology should enhance life onboard without visual clutter, operational complexity, or compromise to performance. Across the experience, performance, reliability, and design are treated as equal priorities—mirroring the expectations of yacht owners, designers, shipyards, and technical decision-makers alike.

For nexgentec, the Superyacht Technology Show also marks a reintroduction of the brand under SL Audio A/S, reinforcing its long-term commitment to in-house engineering, product continuity, and uncompromising system reliability within the marine and luxury architectural sectors.

Sound, Engineered for the Sea

Within the lounge, Steinway Lyngdorf will showcase a selection of its latest marine and architectural audio solutions, including Steinway & Sons Marine loudspeakers, engineered to deliver reference-level performance in demanding onboard and outdoor environments. Also featured is Lyngdorf Audio’s new SB-75 passive stereo soundbar, a design-forward solution that delivers the authority and musicality of high-end loudspeakers in a discreet, space-conscious form.

Designed for seamless on-wall integration, the SB-75 offers an elegant alternative to conventional soundbars—making it ideally suited for yacht salons, media rooms, and owner’s suites where performance must coexist with architectural restraint. Custom sizes and finishes are available making it a perfect tool for custom installation partners.

Future-Proofed Audio Infrastructure

Complementing the listening experience, Nexgentec will present its advanced Audio-over-IP distribution platform, trusted aboard some of the world’s most technically sophisticated superyachts. Designed for flexibility, reliability, and streamlined integration, Nexgentec solutions enable centralized control, reduced cabling complexity, and scalable system architecture—supporting both new-build and refit projects with confidence.

Now operating as part of SL Audio A/S, Nexgentec continues to evolve its platform with the same engineering-led approach, supported by expanded in-house R&D, manufacturing resources, and long-term product stewardship.

Digital Art, Reimagined

Rounding out The Art of Integration Lounge, Eleusis Digital Canvas will present Clio, its signature digital canvas created for superyachts and refined interior environments. Clio reimagines digital art, photography, and motion as an architectural element—integrated with intention rather than imposed.

Defined by ultra-high-resolution imagery, refined materiality, and intuitive control, Clio enhances atmosphere and visual storytelling while preserving a sense of calm and discretion. Within the lounge, Clio illustrates how digital art can exist in harmony with high-performance audio and intelligent infrastructure, contributing to immersive environments where technology supports experience, not distraction.

A Destination for Dialogue

The Art of Integration Lounge serves as a destination for thoughtful conversation—bringing together sound, infrastructure, and visual design in a setting that reflects how these technologies are experienced in real life, not just specified on paper.

Demonstrations and meetings will be available throughout the show, March 10-11 in Barcelona.  To schedule an appointment during the Superyacht Technology Show, please contact: Katherine Spiller, ks@steinwaylyngdorf.com

Peter Keller-Larsen at Steinway Lyngdorf

Steinway Lyngdorf is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Keller-Larsen as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), marking a pivotal moment in a period of growth and innovation for the company.

Keller-Larsen brings over two decades of experience in global business development, product innovation, and organizational leadership. Known for his ability to unite commercial strategy with product vision, he has consistently delivered transformative growth across both multinational corporations and high-growth ventures.

“Peter’s leadership arrives at a time of significant forward momentum,” said Thomas Birkelund, CEO and CTO of Steinway Lyngdorf. “His deep understanding of brand, market, and experience will help us scale our presence while remaining uncompromising in quality and design.”

The announcement follows more than a year of major expansion initiatives by Steinway Lyngdorf:

“Steinway Lyngdorf is unlike any other audio company,” said Keller-Larsen. “It is a privilege to join what legend and visionary Peter Lyngdorf started, and become part of a team where performance and design are held to the highest standards — and where innovation is always in service of the experience.”

Music streaming update for our home theater processors

Music streaming update for our home theater processors

Music streaming update for our home theater processors

Steinway & Sons electronics in black Clic furniture

We announce software update for all Lyngdorf Audio and Steinway & Sons multichannel home theater processors, including Qobuz Connect and Pure Audio Streaming. This update continues our policy of adding new features to existing products and always focusing on the best sound quality.

Qobuz Connect for music lovers

We are already at the forefront integrating music streaming in our multichannel home theater processors, for example adding Tidal Connect with Dolby Atmos Music, Spotify Connect, Apple AirPlay 2, and Roon Ready. Tidal Connect also allows to play thousands of Dolby Atmos Music albums directly, specifically recorded or remixed in certified Dolby Atmos Studios to give the listener a totally new, fully immersive sound experience.

The newest software update adds Qobuz Connect, chosen by many music listeners for its rich catalogue of high-resolution music including a wide Jazz and Classical selection, available for both streaming and downloads. This makes our multichannel processors the perfect choice for movie enthusiasts as well as music lovers.

The new standard in immersive listening: Pure Audio high-resolution multichannel streaming

The software update also adds a new standard in immersive listening: Multichannel streaming in highresolution sound quality. Pure Audio Streaming delivers the world’s first lossless, uncompressed, and uncompromised immersive audio streaming, revolutionizing the way listeners experience music at home.

We will be the first manufacturer to integrate Pure Audio Streaming directly via AC Connect in our multichannel processors, ready to play high-resolution immersive audio with the convenience of app control. Simply open the Pure Audio app, choose a song, playlist or album, and stream directly over the multichannel processor.

Further updates and improvements including Auto Lipsync

The update also adds automatic lip-sync to the Lyngdorf MP-40 2.1 and Steinway & Sons P100 2.1 processors. The Auto Lipsync feature compensates for incorrect timing between audio and video, and syncs it with feedback from the TV, projector or video processor through HDMI eARC. Auto Lipsync was already available in the MP-60 2.1 and P300 2.1 models, and is now available in all models with HDMI 2.1.

The software update is available now and free of charge for all Lyngdorf Audio and Steinway & Sons processors.

Key features:

  • Qobuz Connect support
  • Pure Audio Streaming support via AC Connect
  • Updates for Trigger function

Close up of Steinway & Sons Model D loudspeaker

Susi von den Stemmen, a profilic journalists writing for cars, travels, sports and many other lifestyle topics, visited the Steinway Lyngdorf headquarter to see how the loudspeakers and electronics are made, and to experience first-hand how a Steinway & Sons audio systems sounds like. Here are some of her impressions:

“Welcome to Steinway Lyngdorf – a place where you can exchange the tranquillity of Denmark for what is perhaps the most radical musical experience in the world.”

“From the outside, the factory looks unspectacular: a few halls, clean lines, Scandinavian simplicity. Inside, however, black lacquer gleams like freshly tuned grand pianos, bronze frames shimmer, and loudspeakers stand like sculptures in a museum. This is not a place for tinkering; this is a place for building sound.”

“The first listening is not a concert, it’s a revelation. Two speakers, an inconspicuous sound calibration – and suddenly a stage opens up that seems larger than any concert hall. Strings emerge out of nowhere, singers stand in the room as if they were physically present. No sound colouration, no harshness, just pure truth in the sound. Anyone who thinks they know music will realise here that what they knew before was only a sketch.”

“People travel to Denmark to find peace and quiet. I travelled to Skive – and lost my peace and quiet. Because when a Steinway Lyngdorf system gets going, there’s no room left for background noise. Only for what really matters: music so real, so clear, so alive that even Beethoven would get goosebumps.”

Steinway Lyngdorf releases new app for amplifiers, processors and music streaming

Close up of the Steinway Lyngdorf app

Steinway Lyngdorf releases completely new iOS and Android app to control Steinway Lyngdorf amplifiers and processors from a smartphone or tablet:

My Steinway Lyngdorf App

They are the smartest way to access all settings, help setting up a new device, customize the user interface, calibrate the sound system, and stream music. With an icon-based screen and intuitive touch, tap, and slide functions, operating a Steinway Lyngdorf system is now easier than ever.

The most convenient remote control for everyone

Every Steinway Lyngdorf amplifier and processor has a wealth of functions and features. Even though a conventional remote control has the advantage of physical buttons, and some functions are also accessible over the unit’s front display, an app allows to explore all functions in the most convenient and visual way. The graphical, iconbased layout has been specifically designed as an interactive, easy-to-understand interface, with several accessibility enhancements such as larger text, dark / light mode, and Apple VoiceOver.

Customize a Steinway Lyngdorf device – and even the app itself

Apart from setting up and controlling a Steinway Lyngdorf amplifier or processor, the new apps also allows user customization. Functions such as deleting unused inputs, renaming favorite inputs, selecting RoomPerfect modes, changing screen brightness and display modes, and modifying or creating custom Voicings all becomes inuitive and easy. Even the app home screen layout on the smartphone or tablet itself can be customized by the user, for example adding or removing app features and icons, and prioritizing often used functions.

Intelligent web radio

The most used function of a streaming amplifier is to interact with music, streaming services, and web radio. The new apps provide the common information about song, artist, and artwork, but also about the sound quality, such as bit depth and sample rate. The web radio player uses AI to easily find and filter radio stations by region, genre, tags, and preferences. This means one can easily find the best matching and best sounding music services, playlists, stations, or podcasts – for a better and more satisfying every-day listening experience.

Ready for Steinway Lynhdorf systems

The new app will control several products and adapt to their feature set: Steinway & Sons P100, P200, P300, Head Unit
