Steinway Lyngdorf, the Danish audio pioneer renowned for leading breakthroughs in digital amplification and room correction technology, is proud to announce that SL Audio A/S has taken ownership of the Nexgentec Audio brand and product portfolio—globally recognized for its industryleading Audio-over-IP solutions in the marine and luxury residential sectors. This strategic integration deepens Steinway Lyngdorf’s leadership in audio innovation and expands our capacity to develop and deliver worldclass, fully in-house engineered solutions.

As part of this transition, the core team behind Nexgentec—Rico Vögeli, founder and CEO, and Boas Hochstrasser, CTO—have joined a newly established Swiss branch office of SL Audio A/S, where they will continue to develop and support the product line under the Nexgentec name. While the former Nexgentec Audio company has ceased operations, the new branch—SL Audio A/S, Skive, Branch Konolfingen—will serve as the foundation for the brand’s continued evolution. This structure ensures Nexgentec’s advanced Audioover-IP solutions remain aligned with Steinway Lyngdorf’s exacting standards for innovation, integration, and engineering precision.
